Before using the 'Doshi' app (the "App") you should read this agreement carefully.

By clicking on the "[I accept]" button on the App, you agree to these terms which will bind you.

For Members of Building Societies only: As part of Savings Week, access to the Doshi App is being provided free of charge for 30 days, from September 22nd - October 22nd, by participating Building Societies. Access will automatically end after the 30-day period, unless you are a member of Furness or Market Harborough Building Society, in which case continued access will be available.

Doshi App Limited (trading as 'Doshi) is a private limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 13807674 whose registered address is at 101 Chesterton Road, London W10 6ET.

Our mission is to offer an engaging, gamified platform for financial education, enabling users to learn while they earn. Our features include a comprehensive Learning Academy, various rewarding missions, a marketplace to redeem earned 'Dosh', a referral system, and several interactive competitions. We also provide a conversational AI tool for financial inquiries. All the while, our aim is to respect user privacy and operate under full compliance with GDPR.

UK Savings Week 2025 – Doshi App Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The competition is organised by Doshi in partnership with UK Savings Week 2025.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who register via a participating building society or credit union.
Only users who access the Doshi app through the UK Savings Week promotion are eligible to enter
The competition runs exclusively from 22 September until 28 September 2025.
There is no charge for accessing or using the Doshi app during this promotional period.

3. How to Enter

To enter, users must sign up to the Doshi app through a participating building society or credit union between 22 and 28 September 2025
Entrants must complete financial education courses available on the Doshi app
Each completed course will earn the user points. Points will determine the entrant's position on the leaderboard.

4. The Leaderboard and Prizes

A live leaderboard will display rankings based on the points earned through courses completed during the competition period (22–28 September 2025).
The leaderboard will be visible to all users who have entered the competition when they are signed in to the app.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 20 users on the leaderboard at 23:59 on 28 September 2025, the end of the competition period. The number of points earned by each user within the top 20 will be visible on the leaderboard. The number of points earned by each participant will be visible on their individual app.
The first-place winner will be awarded a £100 Amazon gift card. Second- and third-place winners will be awarded a £50 Amazon gift card. The other 17 winners on the leaderboard will be awarded a £20 Amazon gift card.
In the event of a tie, the time of course completion will be used as a tiebreaker.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the contact details they used to register on the Doshi app within 14 days of the competition closing. A valid email address must be provided for this purpose.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data provided during the registration and use of the app will be processed in accordance with Doshi's privacy policy.
By entering the competition, users agree to their data being shared with Doshi for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding prizes.

7. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Account Security

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised or misused in any way, please contact us immediately at hello@doshi.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to violate these terms.
