NF Innova and Doshi Partner to Bring Financial Education into Digital Banking Across Selected European Markets
Doshi’s personalised financial education will be available through FINTENSE, NF Innova’s digital banking platform serving more than 20 million active users, under an exclusive partnership covering seven European markets.

BELGRADE and LONDON, 21.10.26.
NF Innova, the company behind the FINTENSE digital banking platform used by financial institutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Doshi, a financial engagement platform, today announced a partnership to bring personalised financial education into banks’ digital customer experiences. NF Innova will be Doshi’s exclusive partner for banks in Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Hungary and Malta.
Giving customers more reasons to engage with their bank
FINTENSE enables banks to build a connected ecosystem of banking and partner services within one digital experience, creating opportunities for customer engagement and growth. Adding personalised financial education extends this ecosystem, helping customers make more informed financial decisions and giving them another reason to return to their bank’s app.
Doshi adds personalised financial lessons on budgeting, saving, credit and investing, using quizzes, streaks, progress and rewards. In the first days after Manchester Credit Union launched its Doshi-powered experience, members completed an average of more than nine lessons each.
Through FINTENSE’s open architecture, banks can integrate Doshi into their digital channels under their own brand. By combining Doshi’s personalised financial education with FINTENSE’s micro-segmentation and personalisation capabilities, banks can tailor not only the in-app experience and services, but also educational content to the needs of each customer segment.
“Banks are looking for ways to make their digital channels more engaging and valuable to customers beyond everyday transactions,” said Milan Pištalo, Sales Director at NF Innova. “Our partnership with Doshi allows us to extend our digital banking proposition with personalised financial education and engagement capabilities that help banks build stronger customer relationships. As Doshi’s exclusive partner across seven markets, we are well positioned to bring this offering to our clients, supported by our expertise and established delivery capabilities.”
"Banks across Southeast Europe are investing heavily in their digital channels. The next step is giving customers a reason to use them beyond routine payments," said Daniel Rose, Founder and CEO of Doshi. NF Innova brings international digital banking experience and strong knowledge of these markets. Through this partnership, banks in the seven markets can access Doshi through FINTENSE, backed by NF Innova’s delivery and support.”
